Nestled between the Bronx River Parkway and Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale, this private puppy palace is an ideally located quarter acre, fully fenced and gated private dog park, and is the perfect location for you and your fur baby. Aside from being a dog park for our pups, those we fostered, and those we dogsit, this yard has also been used for training for Guiding Eyes for the Blind dogs. Ever since my family moved here in the late 1980s we have never treated the yard with pesticide or herbicide, we don't allow any poisonous plants, and we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated with plenty of privacy hedges. Water, toys, treats, and towel service included. There's ample free parking on the street. There is a deck and a patio for the humans and two pools, a circuly sprinkler system you can control, agility equipment, and toys for the pups. None of my next door neighbors or bordering neighbors have dogs or outside pets. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood next to New York City. I love dogs and I plan to follow my Mom's dream of starting a dog sanctuary. I started volunteering at shelters and dogsitting and walking at 16 over 25 years ago. More recently I've become a dog trainer and am increasing my skills at veterinary assistance. My resume also includes corporate pet health in both New York and Los Angeles. Nestled in the serene woods of Monroe, CT, our 2-acre property offers the perfect playground for your dog to run, play, and exercise. Enjoy off-street parking and a variety of amenities designed for your furry friend, including doggie splash features, snacks, toys, and fresh drinking water. For dog parents and guardians, we provide comfortable seating, hammocks, and a selection of beverages—all within view of a charming neighboring horse farm. Relax and unwind while your dog enjoys their adventure in nature.

Large open area next to a horse stable. Lots of squirrels and birds to see. We do not have a wooden fence but we do have a barrier that my two Dobermans respect as well as my neighbors Great Danes. Gentle slopes and rock gardens give pups plenty to run around. It’s a serene little oasis close to New Haven for pups that need their own space to romp and play without the “space invaders “ at local dog parks. You are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on the lawn and watch your pups run and play. I will be updating to include a “ ball box” for “Chuck-It” fetch.

Lots to run and sniff ! Two separate areas to use. Clean water bowl provided. Second dog is half off for the hour. Pool may be available during on season. There are typically 3 gated areas to choose from - one with a 4 ft fence, very private, about one acre, one with a 6 ft fence with a pool which may be open about an acre, one with a 5 ft fence about a 1/4 acre.
