Welcome to our backyard oasis! Our family loves dogs! We lost our 15 year old yellow lab, Bo, in October, so we love to see other doggos enjoying their time here. You’re welcome to relax and make yourself at home while your dogs play! We offer seating on our deck under the shade of two umbrellas. We also have a playset with swings and trampoline for your kids to enjoy. There will be poop bags, dog toys and water available as well as a waste bin for your trash. Please park on the road near the tree in in our front yard, or up the road by the mailboxes. You may enter the backyard through the gate on the right side when facing the house. (You may need to lift the handle slightly and then push for gate to latch). You’re gonna love it here!

Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot: Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil during the cold weather months and mowed natural vegetation during the warmer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. While my field area is strictly for the dogs, there is a horse in a corral area next to the dog field. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. Neither the horse nor the chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. Sniffin' Hours are: 9:00 -5:30 every day except for Tuesday, which is field maintenance day, and my dogs do get kind of jealous if they can't use their own dog park.

All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. Come walk 12 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings. This is not fenced but there is an old 3 wire fence that outlines the property. We have 2 friendly dogs that wonder the property that we can have put away during your stay or leave out to have dogs to play with. Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. 40 acres of wildflowers and natural grasses with a natural spring-fed creek, sandy beaches and rolling hills. Fenced along the highway, and on either side, but open everywhere else! I recommend a long leash or lead for escape artists, as the fence is meant for livestock and will not keep in a determined doggo! Come dip your toes in moving stream and check out our seasonal pond with stunning views of Pikes Peak. Ultra private, neighbors would need binoculars to see you! Quick and easy access off the highway, park in the grass next to the red chair and explore with your pup. Parking area is shown in last photo, please do not cross the bridge with your vehicle, but completely free to roam on foot and paw!
