Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance! Welcome to the Zen Dog Home SniffSpot! Come train & play at our location! We offer a wide open space for dogs to run and play. Your dog is welcome to run off leash, dig in the mulch, and romp without worry! We also have several add an extras so you can customize the experience based on your preferences. Our location is secure. We have a .11 acre yard surrounded by a 6ft fence. You'll never need to worry about your furry friend pulling a Houdini act. We have 4 wood chairs available for you to lounge in during the visit. *Please let me know if you'll have any additional guess and I'll make sure all the chairs have cushions. We plan to start a dog edible garden this spring! So check back soon. We know you and your dog will love our spot and look forward to having you visit. *My neighbor (on the corner) has a new puppy. You can occasionally hear him barking when he's home alone.

My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.

Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. We have a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pools, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies to meet. We have lots of spaces for humans to enjoy too; ie firepit ara with lots of seating, a couple picnic tables and various other seating for conversation and gathering.

2 acre field and wooded area open for exploring. Digging is perfectly fine! Trails through the wooded area and wetland area. Become one with nature or even do some bird watching. Roll around in the mud if you like and then feel free to hose off. Fire pit available on occasion.

Great big beautiful backyard. Fully fenced. Enjoy patio and shaded gazebo space. Easy access to water spout. Water bowls, tennis balls, and poopie bags included. There are also great sticks around for chewing or playing fetch. Neighbors are super friendly. Park in driveway.

1 acre open field, another acre with my house on it. Plenty of woods on one side, backroad on the other. I have elderly neighbors that I rarely see. I love dogs, and have experience with large breeds, plenty of patience. I may fence in the property at some point, but please make sure your dog at least listens to return commands to avoid them taking off. There are no dogs living close by, but there are the random hunting dogs that wander by.

Come play in our large fenced back yard to enjoy some off leash play with your fur baby. We have lots of dog toys out in the yard for your baby to choose large tree offers plenty of shade all day long at night large street light keeps the entire area lit well. Park your car right in front of the gate and walk right in just a few steps and your inside the fenced area. Bathroom access will be available if needed. Water bowls and access to water hose I will be adding a small pool very soon. There is also a poop scoop waste bags and a trash can so please clean up before leaving so it’s safe and ready for the next babies play time.
