This very private area has a natural dip from the main road that protects puppers from wandering into unknown territory. Two fields of 4 acres each are available for the sniff spot; one field has 7 baby apple trees and the other has a very large, flat area for the dogs to run. Feel free to park in the main house driveway and walk your dogs across the street to enjoy our little haven from city life. You should have both flea and tick medications up-to-date since deer and groundhogs often walk through the fields in the early morning and evening. Please bring your own water for the dogs, though a hose is available in the main house driveway as well. I hope you enjoy!

Fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood in Allison Park/McCandless. Near McIntyre Square/Passavant/McCandless Crossing. ****NOTE: There is a large downed branch in the driveway from the storm. Please park on the street and use the gate on the far side of the house. You may park in our driveway or on the street. Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! Get out of the sun under our deck or the many tall trees bordering the yard. There is a water jug under the deck filled with tap water. I don't provide a bowl for sanitary reasons, but you can bring your own, or in a pinch, use a poop bag! Poop bags by the water jug, and also on the gate by the driveway. Dog waste and other trash may be discarded in the white trash can under the deck or in the large black trash can marked "Trash Only" outside the driveway gate. Under the deck, there is a bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs. If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs! Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around in the huge deck is also popular! Basic table and chairs for your convenience in the yard and on the deck. Note: The large deck has two bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is NOT toxic to dogs. The bird feeders are out of reach of most dogs. Please keep your dog leashed until you are in the backyard. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

I keep the grass shorter in the field but would recommend boots. There are a couple access areas to get to the creek if your dog loves water. Parking by barn and you can have access below barn and cross creek to back field. Say “hi” to the goats if you want just don’t let your pups bark at them and scare them please.

This beautiful 10 acres has trails that are well groomed and Paint marked making it very east to navigate through the property. There are plenty of trees and smells for you and your dog to escape to. You will be able to be one in nature with the property be completely remote from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is in a nice rural community of Kinsman Ohio, small town USA roughly an hour from Cleveland and hour and half from Pittsburgh. There is a gravel parking pad just inside the red gate. Small yard, ideal for small dogs to run and play! Photos limited as it's still too cold and the spring set up is still happening. Feel free to pack a cooler and bring lunch with you as you have access to the propane grill and picnic table with umbrella. The patio is lined with misters to beat the heat on those hot summer days! I will be getting a kiddie pool as well, once the weather breaks. Planning on an evening visit? I also have a propane fire pit for use, make s'mores, keep your hands warm, or just for ambiance! Please let me know in reservation if you'd like to use it so I can set it up safely for you! Host your small dogs birthday and we will set up an outdoor movie screen and you and your fur kids and all their friends can have a great night at the movies! Ice is available if I'm home. If you’re looking for a great place for your dog to sniff, run, and explore this is the place. Our dog loves to explore the creek, sniff out little critters, and get out her zoomies. Our property isn’t fenced and is close to a busy road so we do recommend a long lead if your dog doesn’t have solid recall. I will leave out a water bowl when you’re here the trash can is always on the driveway if you need to dispose of any poop bags. Please pick up after your dog is you can to avoid spreading disease. The area at the back of the property is a bit more secure and surrounded by woods. You will find the creek back there. There’s a bit of a deeper spot if your dog likes to swim but it’s great for those who just like to wade. I also recommend bug spray and to be sure your dog is on flea and tick preventive. We keep the grass short but there are plenty of woods and deer so ticks are there. You might see some geese, ducks, rabbits, and other manner of wildlife. We own the woods behind the creek but don’t have a bridge built to get over there. When the creek is low you can walk over but again ticks are likely. We hope you enjoy!
