Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Need a place for your pup to run without fear of taking off or running into other dogs? We have just the place. Our private back yard offers a large open area for you & your dog to hang out and burn off some energy! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

Fully fenced in backyard. Entrance is a gate that’s easily accessible. Upon booking there is a back door with a bathroom and washroom for your dog. We will provide water bottles for our guests and some snacks. There is dog bowls out back under a shaded gazebo.

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

Decent yard with a steep hill, which is good for a hilly workout with a ball or a toy. I also offer chairs for owners to sit and watch their pet stretch their legs around the yard. Yard is under camera surveillance for security and safety. I'm happy to discuss any questions that you may have about the yard usage! Just send a message!

Fenced in back yard in Baxter! We have a hose and spigot, as well as bowls for pups to drink. We also have a toy basket with dogs. Our dog Wrigley will not have access to the spot while you are here, but you may be able to hear her from inside the house. We will have dog waste bags with the toys and bowls. Feel free to throw waste in the trashcan by the garage or leave it and we will get it. We have a large patio set with enough seats for 8 people, a fire pit, and plenty of space for humans to relax while their pup sniffs.

Our side yard is fenced in and ready for doggies and their people. We have a kiddie pool for warm/hot days, balls, ropes, water bowls, poop bags for waste disposal, water hose available and dog towels. The front yard can be used for play if more space is needed, please clean up waste. Happy play time!

Very animal friendly, not a very big spot but nice if you need a quick place to stop and stretch yours and your Peppers legs!

My backyard is in a quiet and private part of town yet close to Lenoir City and Maryville amenities. It’s fully fenced in and perfect for small dogs or for training.

I have a good sized fenced in backyard that is a good spot for your pups to run! It connects to a driveway in my backyard that opens up to the fenced area so if you’re someone that loves their privacy- you don’t have to speak to anyone. Just let your pup out to play for the reserved time and no one will bother you 😊 I ask that you pick up wastes after your pup, but I always double check before guests come over to make sure the area is clean for you! I hope I get to meet some new fur friends soon!

Fence are not high enough for dogs who like to jump across. If you dogs like to digging..I’m sorry I can’t have your babies. Have covered porch for you to seat and trash cans are right next to the gate. Hand sanitizer is provided.

My backyard is fully fenced and a huge place for dogs to run around. It’s safe and we use no pesticides or chemicals. The yard is always mowed and clean.
