Beautiful isolated 13-acre spot in the country. There is a clear, well-maintained marked trail through the woods to an area with springs, a creek, and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway past the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice-sized riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Swimming dogs can venture onto the rocks to explore the river. Those who want to exercise can hike up/down the stream, climb big rocks, and other obstacles. This highly wooded area has lots to explore “off path” and on path, so you can never experience everything in one visit. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the creek/springs/watershed is a beautiful, relatively easy walk. The river walk, while there is a trail, is pretty steep and rocky, and it's a good workout to get back up. Join us at Bear’s Creek for an adventure your dog will thank you for! Rules for the river: Low tide, all are welcome. High tide, swimmers only, or dogs with excellent recall. Raging River, closed to all. If you're most interested in the river and you know we have had a lot of rain, you can message me prior to booking for river status. 25 Acre Partially Fenced K9 Playground in Keswick

25 acres with mostly wooded trails, and some open fields. Tree-lined creek trail, weaves through property. Lots of logs and boulders for dogs to sniff, chase wild life, and cool while doing it. Easy parking and access. Info for guests: Leash not required. Some fencing in back may be down. Use your best judgement. Clean up not required. Driving Instructions: When going up drive way stay to right. Continue towards barn. Look for red metal gate. Stop and park at red gate. Please do not drive past gate. Walk through gate. Go any direction from there. But... For most direct trail to creek walk to end of riding arena. On far side of arena there is a double gate. Trail is just past this gate. Follow this trail into woods. Creek is at bottom of hill. Once at creek multiple trails intersect near creek. There is also a trail on other side of creek that will weave back around. Trails are somewhat rugged. Watch for fallen debris from trees, ruts in ground caused by flooding, exposed roots are trip hazards. Watch your step.
