Our property borders the Timucuan Preserve. Over an acre of fenced yard. There is a water bowl with access to fresh water near the gate entrance (simply turn the water hose on by moving the black lever). There are balls in the yard to play with and a Chuck-It launcher to play fetch. A garbage pail is on the deck. Feel free to sit on the deck or swing, throw balls to your dog, and run in the yard! 1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance.
