Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

Come bring your furry friends out for a nice walk or run down crouch creek and the outline of our property! There a big field to play with your friend or have a seat and watch them play!! They can lay in the sand or on the cool grass! During the winter there are plenty of warm spots to warm up at! Nice backyard area. both sides are available including lots of short grass and some nice tree areas in the back. Owners and pets are welcome to use the chairs and Hammock on the deck. I live on about an acre of land. Quiet neighborhood! Fully fenced in yard. There is some grass but then also dirt as well! Plenty, plenty of shade as I have a lot of trees! I also have a screened in porch you and your pup are more than welcome to use which is pretty cool during the hot days with a fan! I will have a water bowl, pooper scooper and trash can available for use! There is a table and chairs in the screen porch as well and I have a pretty big deck for use too!
