Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Time for rain boots! Stream goes through the middle of the spot and it gets muddy so wear your rain boots! Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

We have a fairly flat, grassy area. We have a pooper scooper available. Picnic tables and seating available. Wildlife in the area—deer, turkey, squirrels, etc.

The property is monitored by 24 hour surveillance cameras and a security monitoring and alarm system. We offer great amenities as extra add-on’s for not just your furry friends, but also their owners such as: Water & Snacks, Access to our Game room with Smart TV & relaxing sofa, wood stove, personal refrigerator for your use, a private restroom w/ Sauna, high speed WIFI & Propane Fire pit sitting area with Adirondack chairs. We plan to expand & offer a swing set/play area for children & picnic table with hammock soon. For our Furry Friends, we offer a bed, leashes, dog food & water bowls, dedicated dog waste station with stocked bags & water hose. Our yard was made for dogs. We designed it to be a mess free spot for our dogs to play! There is an area of grass that’s surrounded by smooth rocks to avoid muddy paws. There is a small dog pool available for your dog to play or if you want to give a bath! We provide dog towels for your convenience. Relax on our comfy chairs in the shade and enjoy a refreshing drink and snack while your pup zooms around. The yard is shaded all day so no need to worry about the heat or sunburns. We hope you and your dog will enjoy our spot!

Welcome to explore the and the pasture and walk the property away from the homes as we have dogs uo by the main house and the rental property everything else is available to explore the property is fully fenced in would enter the main gate and park down by the well house right as you enter the property will update once I have the other entrance made and do a drive way for the dog park entrance.. do have some toys and some snacks for your pupps and dog bags by the well house... not responsible for injuries while on property just a heads up so be careful walking around as it is a ranch with hills and pond... please stay safe and careful enjoy your stay let us know how we can improve your experience thanks again.

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change.
