We own over .5 extra acres between our house and the river. There is a fresh water spring between the lots. Open fields, wild flowers, clover patches, a stream, marsh, sticks, mulch, wild berries, and lots of privacy. Upon request: hammock, chair, dog toys, kiddie pool, sand, snacks, and treats. There may be cats here. Please do not let your dog chase the cats or chickens. We have a small jack shi tzu & 2 labs who can be restricted or come out to play based on your preference.

The back acreage is not fenced and has lots of trails and woods to explore. There is a small pond back there that is fairly shallow and clear. It is very private and secluded.

I have had my spot mostly closed for a little while due to family issues. I have started to open the calendar up more and more, however. If you don't see any time open on the day you would like, message me, and I may be able to accommodate you and open your desired time slot. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.
