55We enjoyed our visit. We didn't encounter any other humans or dogs after greeting the host, which was as advertised.
There were some downed trees blocking the trails in parts, but they weren't too hard to get around. We were warned about this beforehand, as a bad storm had hit the area recently. They were working on clearing it.
The dog had lots of fun and has spent most of the afternoon snoring afterward.

55Such a great hike at endless pawsibilities! We were driving from North Carolina to Ohio and needed a spot for our dogs to get a break from the car. We drove in through charming countryside and a beautiful forested driveway with a bridge over a creek. We parked next to the barn (which you can totally use if you want) and met the host who gave us the lay of the land. Then we hiked out through the woods. It’s a beautiful forest with well kept trails. We saw some turkeys but saw it heard no other dogs. There were some people working on the property but none on the trail. We felt peace and tranquility and our dogs were so happy! Highly recommend!David A.

This place was amazing! My dogs were beyond thrilled to run and play here. There were trails that were marked and easy to follow and I didn't even get lost. I can't wait to go back. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
