Knoxville had so much fun here in the field. We’re seeding our yard and he hasn’t been able to play fetch. He absolutely loved having a HUGE field to play fetch w our dog launcher. The owner was communicative, helpful and friendly. They even had a huge bowl of water out for him! We will be back!

Yard is massive and well maintained. Cyndi left a large bowl of water and a couple toys to use. Quiet area. Definitely worth it

This spot was the best! Ashly and Sheila were so sweet and accommodating and really went out of their way to make the day special for our family. My elderly dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and an agility course was on the bucket list I made her. This was the perfect spot for that, and Ashly and Sheila really went extra miles, from a welcome sign with her name and balloons to a special souvenir. Their compassion and love for dogs was really clear, and they were so sweet with my dog, and with our whole family. We did the polaroid pics add on and they came out great- Ashlys a really good photographer and she and Sheila were great at getting my dog to pose. I'm going to treasure this afternoon forever, and I hope we'll have a chance to go back. Highly recommend. Ps we brought my elementary school age nephew and they were really great with him too, they totally get the bond between dogs and their families, including kids

The pups had energy to burn and it was too icy to get our neighborhood walk in… so grateful for the hospitality that allowed us to run and play in the snow!

Today was our first time using the app and I’m so glad we did! Pull in the driveway and parked by the sniff spot sign. The yard was so beautiful and well kept! They even left us a bowl of water out! 10/10 Reccomend and we’ll def be booking again 🐾

A beautiful, well-maintained, HUGE yard to play, investigate, and run in! We felt very comfortable, and safe. My 3 dogs had a blast! Fresh, clean water was poured and ready. This was our first Sniffspot visit ever - and we will be back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, huge long open field with some shady spots for people and dogs as well. It was great for my dog to be able to run flat out for such long distances! and there was an interesting variety of things to sniff around the edges. As stated, this space is not fully fenced -- there's a woodsy area at the far end, which of course is where my pupper wanted to go explore. He has pretty good recall, though, and we got to do some more practice :) Lovely place, will be back!

Awesome, large, private area to run and play. Even though not fenced, I felt very safe with my two who are still learning recall. I started with leads attached while they first explored, but felt secure letting them off leash and practicing recall! Thank you, We will be back!

Update to my previous review: I tried to edit and resubmit my last review but the app wouldn’t let me. The host sent me a message afterward and was incredibly gracious and kind. She addressed my concerns and made every attempt to resolve them. I’m delighted to say this second time around there were plenty of signs!! Signs to show you where the spot is and where to park. The spot itself is great, my dog has a blast running around the huge field/lawn. It’s hard living in the city where walking your dog means streets covered in trash, glass and traffic everywhere. I don’t trust dog parks either - too many irresponsible dog owners. This spot is such a great alternative. I made my reservation 20 minutes before arriving so she didn’t have water accessible but that’s completely my fault; and plus, I always bring a water bottle or two on outings. Overall this is an affordable, clean, large space for my dog to run off leash. Thank you, thank you!!!

Great large yard for pups to run in They loved exploring the yard as well as the wooded area in the back No trails back there but they can be adventurous sometimes. There is a creek back there as well that the pups tried to get to but looked very steep so we ended up calling them back. Grass was wonderful for them to run around on as well, yard was also very clean. It happened to be a very beautiful and warm day so it was a nice afternoon we had with the pups.

Expansive yard, set back off the road. Lots of room to run and play, or just sniff! Cyndi sent me clear instructions about parking and accessing the space. We will definitely be back!

What a great spot! Sadly my cowardly little dog fled from the few inches of snow, but we'll definitely be back when it's warmer!

The dogs had a great time. My GPS brought me to the garage/apartment building that you come to first but the field is behind the big house at the end of the road. Clean, open space to enjoy doors. Bench for humans

I was a little confused at where to go first, but once I found the driveway with the private property sign, I drove down there.

Big, lovely yard for running and playing, great for my city pup who needs to stretch her legs! She loved sniffing around, watching the geese fly by, and rolling in the grass. It was a little tricky to find where to go at first, but the owner waved me down the drive. Really nice!

This place is awesome! Woods and a big field to explore and play. Owner is really nice—even brought treats for the pups. Will definitely be back 🐾
