This is a lovely spot for dog lovers! Huge dog friendly neighborhood with dozens of different dogs constant walking around. Beautiful wildlife area with gorgeous greenery. Meet Leah, the 6 year old German shepherd who lives here and is a local star; she is a fun loving gold medal winning frisbee catcher… she will blow your mind! She is so loving and enjoys playing with other dogs if you would like her to do so. We hope you come to enjoy our dog oasis!

This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Now that the kids are grown and the dog has moved on, I would love to share my yard with you and your pups! Please feel free to ask me any questions.

My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor. Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here.
