Our bloodhound enjoyed giving the yard a full sniff down for a good 15 minutes before it was fetch time. Our senior BH mix gave the yard a sniff down and then sat and sniffed the air and watched the neighborhood while her 9 month old brother enjoyed a game of fetch in the nice big yard.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
