Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. The property is over 8 acres total. The front of the property is on New Kent Hwy, across from the New Kent Courthouse area. As you drive onto the property, the Vaiden Inn is close to the street with the parking lot to fit 30-35 vehicles. You can walk towards the back of the property and utilize about 3 acres of manicured lawn with some trees and as you continue to walk back (north) there is another 3 acres of woods. Along the north and west perimeter of the property/woods is a small creek. There is a 3’ high fenced in area of 1400 square feet close to the fire-pit.

I live on about an acre of land. Quiet neighborhood! Fully fenced in yard. There is some grass but then also dirt as well! Plenty, plenty of shade as I have a lot of trees! I also have a screened in porch you and your pup are more than welcome to use which is pretty cool during the hot days with a fan! I will have a water bowl, pooper scooper and trash can available for use! There is a table and chairs in the screen porch as well and I have a pretty big deck for use too!
