We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. Beautiful back yard ready for play. Your fur baby can run and play fetch outside the playpen full stretch of their legs. You can let your dog entertain theirselves inside the playpen with dog activities.

Located in Hollin Hills near Inova Hospital. We also have 3 daughters that adore dogs and could play with them if allowed. Located in a quiet area of the Benning Ridge neighborhood, just near Fort Dupont Park and the hiker / biker trails (a great place to walk), our big-for-DC fenced back yard is a great place to throw the ball with your pet, stop for a break, and have some nice dog play and space to relax in the city where there are not many dog parks nearby. We are a dog family, and have a smooth fox terrier in the house, and if you request the time to be completely private, we will make sure he stays inside! But don't be surprised if he's staring out the window!
