Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

Near McIntyre Square/UMPC Passavant/McCandless Crossing. You may park in our driveway or on the street. Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! Tons of shade for hot days. - Water jug under the deck - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: There is a red Mulberry tree in the yard. Mulberries are safe for dogs. The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is also safe for dogs. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.

Please read each description of the obstacle and positively encourage play. We may not always be home so we have bottled water for your pups to enjoy and a bowl present for your use! If home, we will provide water in the bowl. Please park in the gravel portion of the drive and enter the yard at the gate where Snoopy is! Lock it behind you please! 10 acres on a farm with a stocked treated pond (if you see the gold fish take a picture!), swimming is allowed with your dogs, we are not liable for any injuries, if your dog breathes in the water, or does not know how to swim. Clean towels are provided in the pavilion. We ask each time that you close the dock gate for safety reasons when done. If your dog has long nails please do not launch them off the dock as it will scratch the dock up. Off the rocks or beach is fine. The pavilion has seating, corn hole, refrigerators and microwaves. Popsicles are in the freezer to the back right of the pavilion. At night the dock and pavilion lights up and the pavilion has electric outlets. Disco ball as well. To the right is our corn field and to the left is our garden. Our chickens stay in the coop to the left up the hill please don’t let the chickens out when the dogs are around. To the front of the property is where our cows, baby doll sheep, and goats are kept. They’re available for viewing and petting, do not give them treats. Hand sanitizer is provided. Please pick up after your dogs if they use the bathroom and dispose of it in the provided trash cans or dumpster. Doggy bags are provided. Swing set near the beach is useable as well. Hey everyone, My partner Wendy and I have a fully fenced (6 ft tall), private backyard (~1,700 sq ft) in East Liberty a few blocks from the Target and in the middle of the East End of Pittsburgh. We don’t use the backyard as much as we should, so we’re offering it to you and your pets! And our indoor cats, Binks and Tonks, will really enjoy seeing your dogs run around back there. Welcome to our large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for dogs to run, play, and explore safely! The yard offers plenty of open grassy space with some shade from surrounding trees. It’s a quiet, private area with a secure wooden fence all around. There are a few lawn tools and fire pit elements on site, but they’re tucked out of the way so your pup has lots of room to roam. Great for fetch, sniffing, or just stretching those legs. With enough notice or for weekend bookings we are also able to turn on our sprinkler or fill up the kiddie pool for your dog upon request. We look forward to hosting you and your dog!

We have always had pets until recently, our yard has always been perfect for dogs. We have 7 acres, all flat and easily accessible. The backyard has a kid’s swing & toys for dogs or children if needed. We have a field and barn area that is also accessible and great for walks, exploring, etc. The back field is partially fenced on the left side, the backyard is not fenced however there are several big pine trees that are a sort of barrier on both sides, so it’s a perfect rectangular area. We also still have leashes, runner, toys, etc from our previous pets as well as snacks for pups and their humans! If you don’t see an accommodation you’d like or have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out, we want you and your fur baby to have the best experience!

Small yard, ideal for small dogs to run and play! Photos limited as it's still too cold and the spring set up is still happening. Feel free to pack a cooler and bring lunch with you as you have access to the propane grill and picnic table with umbrella. The patio is lined with misters to beat the heat on those hot summer days! I will be getting a kiddie pool as well, once the weather breaks. Planning on an evening visit? I also have a propane fire pit for use, make s'mores, keep your hands warm, or just for ambiance! Please let me know in reservation if you'd like to use it so I can set it up safely for you! Host your small dogs birthday and we will set up an outdoor movie screen and you and your fur kids and all their friends can have a great night at the movies! Ice is available if I'm home.
