Rosebud Retreat

We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

Our home is located on the top of Bush Hill. We do not have a fenced in yard but have just over 6 aches for your pet to run around on. We also have a pond (currently frozen over). We have a large fence across the front of the property to protect from the road, but not closed, pets can still run free into road by running around fence.

Large Yard & Hay Field In Ridgway

We have a very large mowed yard, pond, and a hay field. The pond is safe to swim in, our dogs swim in it regularly. Our space is not fenced in. We have a short walking trail through the woods, as well.
