55So glad we found a safe spot for our dogs to swim! Our dogs had a great time at this pool, and it's fun for the humans too. This spot has a nice private, secure yard and the pool is clean and well-maintained. The only thing I wish was different is the steps into the pool - they're the same color as the rest of the pool bottom, so the dogs had a bit of trouble seeing where they were supposed to step down. (Braver dogs who don't mind jumping off the sides would be just fine.) Once we got them in the water, they had a blast! Thanks for having us! Janna S.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
