Drive through gate for off street parking inside fenced area. This was formerly a grooming boarding establishment (owner retired) & this was the exercise yard. It is dog escape proof (non-climber), with caution/watchfulness as the wooden portion with walk through gate is beginning to need replacement. This will be remedied within the next 6 mo. - 1 year. Hose will only be available during above freezing weather & on advance request. There is a new grooming salon going in across the hwy in an old Phillips gas station (can be seen in the background of one pic). There is roomy parking outside the fence for long large towed trailers, RVs, etc. & there is a truck stop/convenience store across the highway. This location is just within city limits. It is bordered by vacant lots on 2 sides and SH 62 on the other 2. Special advance arrangements (you get a discount) must be made for more than 3 dogs. 5 maximum free in yard at a time (such as for rescue transports, or other large numbers in a group). *Due to high volume spam calls, you must leave a VM with a callback number, name & good time for return calls. Use of yard is currently limited to 8 am to 10 pm unless arrangements are made 24 hrs. In advance.
