The fence is chain link so you can see the surrounding area and there are a few neighboring dogs, but they seem friendly! There are a couple of gaps under the fence here and there, but they are only a couple of inches so it would probably only be an issue for escape-prone dogs. I like the variety of the yard a lot. One corner has a shaded, rocky area (kind of like a hiking trail) and my dog liked sniffing around there. Then the rest of the yard is grassy with a good ratio of sun to shade. There's a gentle slope to the yard and my dog had fun chasing his ball as it rolled away. There was also a water dish left out for my pup, which he greatly appreciated 🐾Lilia V.
