Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

We offer private pool sessions in our 20x40 ft dog diving pool with a 40 ft turf dock. Whether you have an experienced dock diver or would like to introduce your pup to the sport, or you have a new puppy that you want to introduce to water, or an older dog that just needs some good healthy swim time, or a hunting dog that you want to keep in shape during the summer season, we welcome them all. We have a 10x10 ft kennel on site if you bring multiple dogs. Only 2 dogs allowed on the dock at a time. We book appointments by 30 minute or 60 minute increments. The owner will be on site for the duration of all appointments to assist you and your pups.

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. Tons of shade for hot days. - Water jug under the deck - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: There is a red Mulberry tree in the yard. Mulberries are safe for dogs. The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is also safe for dogs. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

This very private area has a natural dip from the main road that protects puppers from wandering into unknown territory. Two fields of 4 acres each are available for the sniff spot; one field has 7 baby apple trees and the other has a very large, flat area for the dogs to run. Feel free to park in the main house driveway and walk your dogs across the street to enjoy our little haven from city life. You should have both flea and tick medications up-to-date since deer and groundhogs often walk through the fields in the early morning and evening. Please bring your own water for the dogs, though a hose is available in the main house driveway as well. I hope you enjoy!

Hello and welcome to our yard, joint to the dog yard is a chicken and Cook area. You’re welcome to Pet and say hello along the connecting stall gate, is the bucket with snacks that you can feel free to Pet and say hello to the fun animals. There’s always a hose in the yard near the deck. There is a gray Rubbermaid tote lid that we utilize for fresh water for the dogs. Feel free to take advantage of the sitting area on the deck. Just make sure you cover the furniture back up upon leaving. I also request that you don’t open the gates that come to the dog yard to the farm yards. I hope you enjoy!

Welcome to our large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for dogs to run, play, and explore safely! The yard offers plenty of open grassy space with some shade from surrounding trees. It’s a quiet, private area with a secure wooden fence all around. Great for fetch, sniffing, or just stretching those legs. While your dog plays, we also have a bench swing with a sunshade to relax. With enough notice or for weekend bookings, we are also able to turn on our sprinkler or fill up the kiddie pool for your dog upon request. We look forward to hosting you and your dog!

I’m new to this… I currently only have a few toys in the backyard and can offer him balls with water for the dogs and bottles of water for the humans (lol) my plan is to add more to the backyard in the future as far as toys, and maybe even obstacles for the dogs to play

This beautiful 10 acres has trails that are well groomed and Paint marked making it very east to navigate through the property. There are plenty of trees and smells for you and your dog to escape to. You will be able to be one in nature with the property be completely remote from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is in a nice rural community of Kinsman Ohio, small town USA roughly an hour from Cleveland and hour and half from Pittsburgh. There is a gravel parking pad just inside the red gate. Small yard, ideal for small dogs to run and play! Photos limited as it's still too cold and the spring set up is still happening. Feel free to pack a cooler and bring lunch with you as you have access to the propane grill and picnic table with umbrella. The patio is lined with misters to beat the heat on those hot summer days! I will be getting a kiddie pool as well, once the weather breaks. Planning on an evening visit? I also have a propane fire pit for use, make s'mores, keep your hands warm, or just for ambiance! Please let me know in reservation if you'd like to use it so I can set it up safely for you! Host your small dogs birthday and we will set up an outdoor movie screen and you and your fur kids and all their friends can have a great night at the movies! Ice is available if I'm home. No bathroom access at this time but public locations are open within walking distance. I look forward to welcoming you and your small dog!

I keep the grass shorter in the field but would recommend boots. There are a couple access areas to get to the creek if your dog loves water. Parking by barn and you can have access below barn and cross creek to back field. Say “hi” to the goats if you want just don’t let your pups bark at them and scare them please.

I have a huge back yard, unfenced and mostly all cleared land with some woods for those who like to explore. Great for dog's who enjoy fetch and ample sniffing!

We have always had pets until recently, our yard has always been perfect for dogs. We have 7 acres, all flat and easily accessible. The backyard has a kid’s swing & toys for dogs or children if needed. We have a field and barn area that is also accessible and great for walks, exploring, etc. The back field is partially fenced on the left side, the backyard is not fenced however there are several big pine trees that are a sort of barrier on both sides, so it’s a perfect rectangular area. We also still have leashes, runner, toys, etc from our previous pets as well as snacks for pups and their humans!
