We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we will be removing the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! We have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby.
