This very private area has a natural dip from the main road that protects puppers from wandering into unknown territory. Two fields of 4 acres each are available for the sniff spot; one field has 7 baby apple trees and the other has a very large, flat area for the dogs to run. Feel free to park in the main house driveway and walk your dogs across the street to enjoy our little haven from city life. You should have both flea and tick medications up-to-date since deer and groundhogs often walk through the fields in the early morning and evening. Please bring your own water for the dogs, though a hose is available in the main house driveway as well. I hope you enjoy!

Our peaceful, private and beautiful 100+ acre farm is a haven for dogs and their human companions alike! Acres of open fields, trails through the woods, and a lovely valley with a stream meandering through are all that await you and your four legged friends! Maps and descriptions, along with a cooler containing snacks and water are provided upon your arrival. It is gorgeous out here in all seasons- plenty of shade in the summer, and wide open spaces for dogs to run free. So much to enjoy and explore here- come and see for yourself! Note: we do have 2 geese which may be heard somewhat in the distance. However, you will not see them nor any other domestic animals while here, since the Sniffspot is quite far away from the homestead.

Our home sits on 8 acres with Glade Run Creek running through it! We have two large fields as well as woods in the back of the house. If you need a quiet place for your dog to roam and swim like our dogs do, please enjoy! (My dogs will be put away and we no longer have birds…just a cute photo for reference/view of the property) Note: the field with the golf course and volleyball is not our property. One of our neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out which we have no control over, however, there are 8 acres to explore so if you see his dog outside on his property, it’s easy to avoid an interaction. In the summer, the wire fence around the garden in the front field is electric to keep out deer, won’t hurt your pup but will definitely give them a startling zip if they touch it. If we are home we will sometimes be out on our deck, mostly in the summer, but our house is up on the hill and with 8 acres to explore and the creek running through the center of our property, it’s easy to still have your privacy.

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. Ready for bookings starting august 4th! We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where plant our gardens, one is large but not 100% escape proof, and one is about 1/2 acre. This one secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures. Camp chairs and a small table will be provided for comfort. Poop bags and a trash can will be provided. Water bowls and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use.

Molly would like to invite her fellow canines to her woodland experience. This 2 acre property is situated in a quiet hollow. There's a lot for a dog to do while visiting; we have swimming, hiking, animal sightings, and more. One of Molly's favorite things to do is swim in the creek that runs through the property, there's even a small beach where you can dig and play after swimming. There's a large wood pile and downed trees all over that you can climb on. Sometimes a fox or deer will visit the woods when your outside. Your humans can use the fire pit while you explore the woods & creek. Come to this exciting & relaxing experience .

I have a huge back yard, unfenced and mostly all cleared land with some woods for those who like to explore. Great for dog's who enjoy fetch and ample sniffing!

If you’re looking for a great place for your dog to sniff, run, and explore this is the place. Our dog loves to explore the creek, sniff out little critters, and get out her zoomies. Our property isn’t fenced and is close to a busy road so we do recommend a long lead if your dog doesn’t have solid recall. I will leave out a water bowl when you’re here the trash can is always on the driveway if you need to dispose of any poop bags. Please pick up after your dog is you can to avoid spreading disease. The area at the back of the property is a bit more secure and surrounded by woods. You will find the creek back there. There’s a bit of a deeper spot if your dog likes to swim but it’s great for those who just like to wade. I also recommend bug spray and to be sure your dog is on flea and tick preventive. We keep the grass short but there are plenty of woods and deer so ticks are there. You might see some geese, ducks, rabbits, and other manner of wildlife. We own the woods behind the creek but don’t have a bridge built to get over there. When the creek is low you can walk over but again ticks are likely. We hope you enjoy!

Come bring your off lead trained pups to explore the farm before we move the livestock in, 10 acres of fenced pasture lead to the scenic overview of the Ohio River Valley. Follow the trail to the back of the property for your chance to spot some deer, turkey, or rabbits! The pastures are fenced with electric wire that is not in use as of yet (10/10/2024). For your dogs that need a more secure place to roam, our XL fenced back yard spot is perfect for our four legged friends who need some help to follow boundaries. 4ft chain link lines two sides and a wooden fence with gaps separates this yard from the pasture.
