Humans must pay an extra $5 per person charge to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Great spot with planes taking off and landing, occasional ppl walking by, and lots of birds to get your pup socialized and used to hearing everyday noise so they are less reactive, yet still private and quiet. I have chairs, drinking water for dogs, trash cans, poop bags and signage. Toys are also available.

Huge fenced in back yard with easy access. Trash can will be provided to dispose of your pets waste. I have dogs in the home but are friendly. If your pup wants a friend to run around with we can discuss before arrival and I'd be happy to let them play together. Please pick up after your pet and after yourself and double check the gate is closed fully before leaving.
