FarmSniffs In The City! 36 acres of Sniffs, Pool (closed) and a Pond!

Turn down this beautiful, secluded, tree-lined drive and wind your way toward 36 acres of organic sniffing and running fields, rolling pastures, wooded acreage, spring-fed stream, saltwater pool (seasonal) and stocked pond. You’ll pass a historic two-story red barn built in 1890, blooming apple trees, bee hives, horse stable (with horse and sheep), and family house to this restored, historic 1890s main house. Beautiful native trees and a historic stone smokehouse. Sky-blue chicken coop and free ranging (fenced in) chickens. Look out the east for a beautiful view of the nearby stream. Additional viewable structures include a corn shed, two line sheds, outhouse and grain bins. The entrance to this unique property is secured with an electronic gate. Tallgrass Prairie Retreat for Pups

Come enjoy 15 acres of restored native prairie bursting with diversity and wildlife for humans and dogs alike! Your pooch will love to bound through the Bluestem, sniff out wildlife and get out their wiggles. There is a mowed path along the Western treeline. The Sniff spot ends at South where the mowed path meets the woods. Please do not continue around towards the house as there are chickens. Parking immediately to the right after you pull thru the gate, marked with a sniff spot and monarch way station sign. We're right off the end of 650th road, Black house set back by the trees (past the abandoned white farm house). Not great cell service, advise a screenshot of the map in photos before coming. Fully fenced 1 acre with plenty of toys, shade and sitting areas, both you and your pups are sure to have a great time! For the pups, we have, water, tennis balls, rope pulls, Frisbee and large toy balls! For the humans we have benches on each side of the perimeter, a hammock chair in one corner, a full hammock in another corner, a swing bench up front and a picnic table with an umbrella in the center! Adam's 1 Acre Fully Fenced In/Secure/Private/Out of the city Dog Park

I live on 4.5 acres and have about 1 acre fully fenced off. You and your pup or pups will be away from other houses and in the country. No city shenanigans. No other animals loose on the property and you have it all to yourself. I have a pup pool during the summer months and it is K9 friendly, safe, and is 1 foot deep. Entrance would be down road on Cedar Niles, then left into my driveway that is north of my external shop, and the drive leads you straight to my fenced off area (see map in the photo section). I have signage and orange flags to guide you in. You can park outside of the 10-foot main gate and walk into my Sniff Spot. Or you can open the main gain, drive in, close the gate, and then let your pup or pups out. 10/31/2025: I have started the construction on the new Sniff Spot shade area/permanent structure. It will basically be a 8x16 foot-ish shade awning with patio seating and a table. Once the awning is complete, I will expand the SS out and open it up for you use. Due to how busy my SS it, I am doing all construction and expansion without blocking out time/days you can book. Property including entrance to fenced off area monitored and recorded by security cameras (They will alert me when you arrive and leave). As you can see with the pictures, I have a main open play area and then trails going through the thicker/overgrown grass. There is a 55g freshwater barrel and a drink bowl for your pup right inside the entry and you can't miss it when you walk in. I have an umbrella set up to get you out of the sun (You can wind it up and down) and chairs to relax on while the pup or pups play. I have a TON of complimentary toys provided and LOTS of tennis balls for you pup or pups if you don’t have any (Please just put them all back). Dog poo baggies provided and at three different areas when you walk in. Trash bucket on-site to throw away dog poop and trash to keep the area clean. I have patio flood lights on the Sniff Spot that you can turn on during night or late evening visits. The lights are bright and you can book late evening into sundown, even night visits if you choose. I am in a profession where I sometimes work nights and sleep during the day. My Sniff Spot is open 24/7 and I also cater to the day sleepers and night folks. You can book at 2:00am if you choose. Please clean up after yourself and leave everything as it was. This is very important for the next guests, my Sniff Spot stays VERY busy, and I at times I don't have time to inspect my SS before the next bookings. The Joyful Canine at Halverson Farm

Welcome to my dog heaven! We have trees, fields, creeks and more! We are just in the beginning phases of our project, so hang in there with us to see what we build. There is old barbed wire fencing around the whole property, but we are working on gaining access to it to make repairs. Our goal is to be 100% fully fenced. My big goals are to add a dock diving pool, agility field, FastCat events, herding and more! To start, we are building our SniffSpot!!!! I would love to share this field of about 10 acres with you and your dogs! I would strongly recommend a good recall since we are not fully fenced yet. High Prarie 1 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Leavenworth

We have a triangular piece of land (see photos), about an acre, it is not fenced and next to a two lane road. There are no amenities as of now, but we do plan on offering a water source for pets, trash bin and waste bags for cleanup, as well as a fence in the future. We have parking at the entrance to the property north side of shop. You will be audio/video recorded while on property. Land was cut for hay a few weeks ago and there are a few round bales on property and property is only mowed at the border for another cut this fall. the sunsets/sunrises here are beautiful, this is the perfect bland of country attached to the city. there is a small trail built within the tree line, the trail is about a half mile long inside the trees, and the whole perimeter of the property is about a mile. the grass is tall right now. but if your dog like to run. this is the place. you can launch a ball or Frisby like never before, no trees. all grass. as time goes on the park will be improved as well with features for dogs and humans and a shop. currently the park is in its base form of just a wide-open field. Miles of trails have been cut through the tall grass for a walking experience if wanted, a big open area has been cut in the tall grass for fetch and open area dog activities. Also a wooded trail that goes around a portion of the property.

Talking Tree Urban Farm - 10 Acre Partially Fenced Forest

Talking Tree Urban Farm is an agroforestry production now, in the future it will be a campground, collaboration and wilderness retreat center. I closed on the property in November and I'm building it out bit by bit. There is parking and water on site. Outdoor bathrooms coming soon and many more amenities as we grow. I've currently cut trails through the eastern half of the property and I'm working my way through the West. Eventually trails will connect on all sides. Hiking straight to the pasture is flat terrain but the rest is hills and valleys not super steep but you will work up a sweat. **There are dogs and cats on site. If your pet is not good with other animals please let me know ahead of time and I can put them inside. *Human Fun If you would like to take one of my forestry, foraging or permaculture classes as well a 2-3 hour guided hiking is $35 per person for private tours or a group of 5+ is $25 BYOB Everything poops in the woods but we'd like to keep the feces down.
