We have 2 fully fenced acres in the back yard, along with an acre not fenced in, but available for sniffing! The front yard is also open, with about .75 acres. Located on the river road in Donaldsonville, you’re able to walk the levee and the bank of the river. The fenced in backyard includes flowers, plants, chicken coop (for sniffing), plenty of trees, and lots of open room to run! We have three dogs so there will be plenty of smells for yours! There is a shaded patio area for the humans to relax, along with a kiddie pool for dogs (or kids). There is an in ground pool, with a safety fence around it. The pool will only be available in the summer months. If bringing children, there are plenty of toys and a playground! We hope to see you soon!

We feel that God has blessed us with an amazing piece of property, and we want to share this with others. It is completely fenced, has a large pond, many walking trails, plus plenty of open areas for throwing toys. Best lived in New Orleans Uptown DOG house...true GEM. Fully fenced in with 163 foot dog run on side of house. We've enjoyed and been blessed to have had in our lives numerous dogs ( Black Labrador, Golden Retriever, Yellow Labrador, Catahoula, (3) Chihuahuas, and an Anatolian Shepherd) raising our two children.
