A few notes before you come: - This property is not fenced, so we recommend extra caution with dogs who are highly prey-driven. - Our chickens free-range near our home but are not near the Sniffspot area. - Look for posted signs when you arrive to guide you to the pond area and parking. Bonus Stop by our on-site farm stand before or after your visit! We offer fresh baked goods, herbal teas, eggs, produce, and firewood bundles—always made or grown with care. Beautiful 8 acre property with pond, sandy beach area, grassy fields, and wooded trails. Fully secured with new fencing so dogs can roam freely. Sits near end of a quiet, no outlet street. Not accessible to other dogs or animals. May hear neighbor dog barking but we have never seen him.

We have 2 acres of cleared yard with a small pond for dogs to enjoy swimming. Fruit trees, horses, kids, fire place, etc. Find time to get away and take you dog to the water on a hot day or just go to a country setting.

Currently under development, amenities to be upgraded soon. Located on M52 with the Bad River bordering it for privacy. Beautiful large green area. Because of the highway, please keep your dog leashed for safety. Sorry no human restrooms. Plenty of off street parking available.
