This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Welcome to our yard! We have lots of room for your pups to run around securely in a fully fenced in area. We also have areas for your toddlers or small children to play, and patio seating for you as well! We are dog lovers and have three of our own which will be kept indoors during your stay. My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

Our backyard is fully fenced in and there is space for humans to relax while the pup is relaxing! As we are young professionals we have lived in apartments until this year and want to help other humans and dogs. We offer discounts if you can’t afford our price, because we want every dog to have a opportunity to a backyard.

1/2 of the property is fenced , with access to pool in summer provided dogs nails are cut. Dogs must be supervised, NO DROP OFFS !!

Winter Special! There’s a bathroom inside, just text me. And if you get too cold, you’re welcome to stay indoors! There are dog treats in a bin on the stairs and a couple chairs outside. Feel free to help yourself to any fruits you see growing in the garden. A HUGE backyard for your little runners.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

For the humans: we have a table with seats & a cooler - please clean & return items after using! We do have a few cameras set up in our backyard for security reasons. Video is recorded and saved to our cloud. Please note for reactive dogs: our direct neighbors do have dogs, although they are not usually out all day long. Our yard is fully fenced, although other dogs can be seen as fencing is see through. Both dogs directly next door are friendly and may even run up & down the fence if your dog would like. 😊

There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. This setting is named after our beautiful late German Shepherd, Cheyenne, who lives on in our hearts forever.
