Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Fully fenced in backyard with plenty of scenery for your pet’s imagination. The backyard consists of a flat surface that allows pet owners to get active with their furry friends. It also contains patio furniture if you want to relax while your pet runs wild. The yard also contains a wooded area with bamboo trees that gives a jungle feel and is great for taking pictures. There is also an abandoned shed (don’t worry there are no snakes) that gives your pet more obstacles to play during your stay.

Beautiful spacious yard that we barely use. It's about a half acre with part flat, open land in the front and a more woody area in the back. The layout is perfect if your furry friend desires multiple land textures. There is a seated swing for the adults as well as a play area for children. The entire area is gated. Parking is located on a strip just in front of the yard. This area is perfect to give your dog exercise with games such as fetch or to just run around and explore.

We had a doberman pinscher who loved to go outside and roam freely, especially in the orchard eating all the fruit and in the woods where she'd frolic for hours along her favorite babbling brook to Terabithia! She recently passed this past August at 13 years old, so from our dearest Mo'i The Red Dobie, we invite your dog to play in her most favorite places here on Trotter Mountain Farm!!!

Wonderful sniff spot, wildlife is regularly visiting overnight (Deer) and often heard in the woods during the day. Quiet area with 3 sides of the backyard being wooded areas. Humans can use the garage for some family game time playing air hockey, ping pong, darts, or relaxing on patio furniture. Toys for the kids (Nerf, riding toys) are available as well - please just put items back after use. Outlets available to plug in computers and strong wi-fi allows you to work while there too. In addition to covered garage you can sit on back patio with tables/chairs as well as a cushioned couch swing. Plenty of space for your furry family to roam and sniff, whether on the grass or dirt. This is an active furnished short term rental as well, so availability is only when the unit is vacant.
