This is a great spot on a hill top over looking a 65 acre lake. Your dog will get plenty of exercise running up and down the gentle slop of the hill. 2.2 acres is mowed lawn. Approximately 150 yard runway for your pet. There is plenty of flat mowed areas as well for small and large dogs. This property is vacant and not in my back yard. A Truly private experience ! Enjoy the hilltop views of the lake and the lakes wild life as your dog gets a chance to run around and play.

Our yard had two large trees, five lilac bushes, three stumps and one smaller children’s playground. Please note we live in a somewhat busy street so we recommend unleashing once behind the house.

The unfenced park requires owners to take full responsibility for their dogs' behavior and well-being. Dogs must be on a leash until inside the park and owners are limited to three dogs per handler. Aggressive dogs must wear muzzles in the large park. Small dog area available for dogs under 30 pounds. Current vaccinations and licensing are required. Owners must clean up after their dogs. There is also a table and field for dogs to play and exercise. Great place to take a walk through the woods with lots of stimulation, smells, and trails. Recommended for animals that listen well off-leash or that are well controlled on-leash. 7+ acres of beautiful countryside woods.

We have .38 acres to share, I have everything dog related that you might need here so just bring your furkid(s) and enjoy! I will leave some items behind the house including filtered water for your pup, in winter I have a heated bowl too. If your pup likes water I would gladly set up the dog pool for your visit but otherwise it may be empty/put up. If they like balls or something else I probably have many that I will set out just let me know so I can make sure the right items are available for you!

We have 3 acres of open land for you fur baby. There is open land and a small fenced in section. On our private dog park you will see The Sparta Trail, a small hill, woods, creek/river, and occasional wild animals. It’s a beautiful scenic view! For your dog we also have dog bags, drinking water, toys, treats, mini towels and kiddie pool. For the owner we have hand sanitizer, picnic table with chairs and trash can.
