We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

Sometimes, our neighbor has his small dog out and she will be in sight occasionally along with the homeowners. Otherwise, you're all set to join us for some off leash play! Please pick up all dog feces and dispose of it in the large trash can in the backyard. Have fun!

Two areas for your furry friend to play. The Orchard area is 7500 square feet and the main yard is over 20,000 sq. ft. Bring a picnic and enjoy the Mountain view on our comfortable lower deck. The area is shaded and rainproof. Your dogs can enjoy a private and safe space.

I have a roughly 800 square ft yard with fencing all around. 😊 I also have a bench, chairs, and firepit available for use (must bring own wood). My porch is screened in as well with seating and a table, but I would appreciate extra notice if you plan to be up there using it. There is also parking for 1 car in front of the gate to the yard (which is the entry/exit), and a playground also directly across the street ! You are welcome to come in and use my restroom if I am home, otherwise there are porta potties by the playground. The trash can is by the road. (Yellow lid is recycling)

We have 3 1/2 acres of woods. With a trail going to the state forest road. You can walk the trail or throw sticks and have your furry friend get exercise running around the yard and woods. There is a water hose and bowl so you can give a refreshing drink to your dog during play. There is a wading pool that can be filled also. Peaceful and a nice place to get away and enjoy the sound of the birds.
