We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have dog treats available on the patio. We have a chilly pad, numerous water bowls and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, we have to live here when you leave 😉 *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Vince and Ava's Poolside Oasis Season 2025 • Private Fenced Yard: Entire backyard is securely fenced with three gate entrances. The back gate opens to a spacious open field area. • Dog-Friendly Pool: The pool features a tanning ledge entrance, making it easily accessible for dogs. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, and rockers. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and the use of alcohol are strictly prohibited on our property. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $35 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra.
