Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.

Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

We have 4 acres fenced in with hills and a very small pond. We have a large deck to sit on while the dogs run. There is a lake across from us that we have access to if your dog is dog friendly. Our yard is mowed with short grass. We own 3 dogs that are available to play with or can we kept inside for reactive dogs. This is our Shanghai La. :)

Lots of room to run, play fetch, and if needed a large runner will be provided. The top section: fenced in, with space to climb stairs, jump on a trampoline, or just sniff, scavenge and explore!🐩🐩

Nice quiet spot on a dead end dirt road in colrain surrounded by woods. There are cats around and fenced in chickens. Please don't let dogs chase or dig at the fence.
