The Woodland Bluffs. 30 acres private land off big river. Start you and your furry friends journey down the trail where you can see different shelves off the bluff. Don’t worry the trail is rocky but wide enough for a tractor. As you come to the bottom of the trail it flattens out with beautiful trees that stretch all the way to the river banks. The river changes this area frequently as it usually floods with heavy rains, so your second trip could be a whole new adventure. The bluff blocks the area at the bottom so it’s just you, your furry friend, trees and a river. Small cave is somewhere on the property. Grass is not maintained. Sometimes it will be long and sometimes not. Some Fourwheeler trails are found throughout the bottom flat area. Lots of large rocks and downed trees make this a great training area. The river may be up or down. The lower flat area does not typically flood unless there is flash flooding. During flash floods we will block availability and will make every attempt to notify scheduled guests. Once you head down the trail the house and road will not be visible. Across the river the banks are fairly high, they do have cows on the opposite side of the river. You may hear or see them from time to time. The hike down is rocky and the hike back up is fairly steep, but the views are worth it and change with every season. Hope to see your adventure pictures soon. Thanks for visiting.

We have a countryside oasis and LOVE dogs! Please note, our property is cat friendly. They won’t bother your pup, they are indoor/outdoor. We have 4 acres, which includes woods. My family loves going and exploring the woods, and I think you and your pup would as well. Envision a nature hike. There isn’t a trail, but the trees are spaced and it’s fairly easy to walk through. If you go deep enough there’s a small creek! The property backs up to a conservation area! You are welcome to not venture into the woods and stay on our grassy and paved areas by the pool (open in summer and dog friendly), and the front / back yard. We do not have a fence that surrounds the property (we have a small one by the back deck, but that’s mainly due to the drop). You are welcome to use the fire pit as well!

Amazing 180 panaramic view of wooded area. A top a hill is a flat soccer size field. Surrounded by a rolling hill and smaller flats. Plenty of woods to roam around to investigate. Access to 2 separate small creeks. Recently cut trails through the woods. Presently we are having gate issues. *****You can park completely safe and off-road in front of the gate and walk a few short steps around one of the large stone pillars.****

Does your dog love the cool spring fed water of beautiful Missouri creeks? Or maybe you really do! Think Sam-A-Baker park without the crowds. If you have the correct footwear, you can walk the creek in practically and season! Little dogs should be incredibly cautious and wear a life preserve and stick to the shore. The creek is surprisingly swift in some spots.

Fenced yard, in Sullivan. Not a lot of shade, dogs are welcome to play in the play house. Fence does need some work, but that’s why I’m renting out the yard to pay for a new fence. Hammock. My dogs name is Violet, she’ll be kept inside while space is being used. Please pick up after your dog, BYOB.

This is a 10+ acre horse ranch and farm. There are horses, goats, and chickens on this farm. 2/3 of the property is wooded with deer trails. Lots of natural wildlife to be seen and a creek runs thru the property.

Nice medium sized fenced in yard with private entrance and quiet neighborhood. Amenities include table and chairs, outlet, lighting, dog toys and poop bags. Trash can on the side where you enter so feel free to throw poop bags in there (small blue one on the right)! Hilly ground for exercise,, fully fenced. Camper on site for observation purposes when occupied. Garden to sell vegetables through the spring, summer and fall. Horse shoe pits on site for the adults if they want to do something a little different while their dog is playing onsite. Shoes provided for a minimal fee fresh water on site and dog food if needed as well as a large bag of snacks for the way out/home. Dogs are Able to run freely as long as dog is UTD on their shots, no history of biting, but muzzle if so, and no other dogs are on site at the same time (Dogs can be very temperamental or protective over what they think is theirs sometimes. Can register online with me, call for reservations, and will be required to fill out a small form upon arrival.
