The property is mostly wooded with some open field areas. There’s a trail system that is manicured and maintained as best as possible, but it’s not perfect, yet! The pond is a duck pond, my dogs will go in around the edges but rarely swim. I personally don’t like it but dogs will be dogs. There are domestic ducks who can out swim the dogs but please ensure they’re not chased on land. There are trash cans randomly and picnic tables scattered throughout- More will continue to be added. WiFi is currently being connected and should available throughout the property and trails. Pathway lights will be added. The trails can lead you to the highway border- It is fenced, there’s two spots along the trails to lower the fence and cross over and access the rest stop bathroom, vending machines, etc.

We now have a sandy beach they can play on and go swimming in our clean pond .

There is about 10 yards of wooded area and .75 acre of open meadow. We only have a cat and he stays indoors. We would love to offer your doggo some space for frolicking. Dog Wood Park sits on 30 acres with at least 18 of those fully fenced. One yard is called Sunny’ Place and it is predominantly obstacles to climb and explore. Sunny was my Parkour pup. Other areas are large hilly pastures offering room to run and lots to sniff! I am a dog lover and trainer and am always adding items that offer enrichment and joy.

Equine facility with some extra room for dog activity’s . Times Must be by appointment during 8am to 3:30 pm . Dogs must be fully vaccinated on heart worm negative and heart worm preventive . Property is not fully fenced. Dogs must have good recall. As horses are pastured adjacent to run area . An indoor arena for a rainy day or winter running is available by appointment. A large indoor Wash rack with drain with hot water is available at additional charge to wash larger dogs . $10.00 bring your own shampoo and towels . Large privite lake available for swimming dog bring your own dog life jacket to use lake . Not liable for any dog or human injuries when utilizing property for dog activities. Please refrain from allowing visiting dogs from going to house kennels or barn stables or pastures as not to disrupt those resident animals.
