We are a M-F dog daycare so our space is not available during those times. Saturday & Sunday options may be available with notice. Our space is located behind our store front on Main St. There is a lot with open parking behind H&R block.

1 acre is mowed, which leads to a bridge that goes across the creek where the trails begin. My dogs love the trails SOOOO much to sniff out! I have a very playful little guy, so if your pup loves to play, let me know, and we can let them tire each other out!!!

Dog Park Rules & Regulations • When visiting the dog park it is essential that owners assume the responsibility for the safety of their dog(s) and others by monitoring their dog’s behavior. • Established rules & regulations are created to help ensure the safety of the owners, their pets and other people and their pets. • Use of this park is at your own risk. Dog owners are responsible and liable for the actions and behavior of their dog(s) at all times, including injury or damages caused by their dog(s). • All dogs must be licensed and wear their valid license. • There is a limit of 2 dogs per adult. Dogs must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older at all times. • Dogs must be kept on a leash until inside the gated areas. • For safety reasons, please refrain from letting puppies under the age of 6 months use the playground. • Owners are required to clean up after their dog. Waste bags are provided. • Dogs must be removed from the park at first sign of aggression. • Female dogs in heat are prohibited. • Dogs must be accompanied and monitored at all times. A leash must be available and ready for use if needed. • Excessive barking, howling or other loud noises that disturb the peace are not permitted. • Please refrain from allowing your dog to dig holes or engage in other activities that may create a safety hazard for others. • For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 must remain outside the fence. • Please, no food or treats inside the park. • Smoking, alcohol and food or glass containers are not permitted in the Park. • Park may be closed for maintenance without prior notice.

Town of Henrietta Dog Park Rules In addition to the Monroe County Dog Park Rules below, visitors to the Henrietta Dog Park are required to obey the following Town of Henrietta Dog Park Rules: • Keep your leash with you. • Small dogs are allowed in the large dog area at your own risk. • Don’t scold or touch someone else’s dog. • Do not brush or groom your dog. • The Henrietta Dog Park is not supervised by Town staff. It is everyone’s responsibility to keep it safe and clean. The Town of Henrietta is not responsible for injuries to dogs or people visiting the park. Monroe County Dog Park Rules Monroe County Dog Park Rules and Regulations – Issued October 28, 2009 (Monroe County Parks Law § 323-20) • All dogs in an off-leash area must be licensed. (The dog license shall be issued by the municipality in which the dog resides; proof of valid rabies vaccination is required for issuance of a dog license per NYS Law.) • All persons bringing a dog to a designated off-leash area must carry and have available for inspection a permit issued by the Parks Director. • No animal other than dogs are permitted in off-leash areas. • Any person who takes a dog into a designated off-leash area: o Must have physical control of the dog by means of a leash when entering and leaving the off-leash area; o Must maintain voice control over the dog and keep the dog in sight at all times while in the offleash area and shall be responsible for the conduct of such animal and shall be responsible for all injury to person or property caused by the dog; o Shall carry the proper equipment for removing feces from the designated area and dispose of same in a sanitary manner by placing the feces deposited by such dog in an appropriate receptacle. Dog feces must be removed immediately and deposited in the receptacle; o Must immediately leash and remove from the off-leash area a dog showing aggression toward persons or other dogs. • Professional dog trainers may not use an off-leash area for the conduct of business. • No person shall bring more than three dogs to an off-leash area at one time. • The Parks Director may temporarily ban dogs or a specific dog from any off-leash area where the Director determines that same may be a nuisance or is necessary to maintain peace and order, or necessary to protect the health and safety of the public. • All dogs entering the off-leash area must wear a tag issued annually by the Parks Director. • No children under ten (10) years of age are allowed inside the off-leash area. Children over ten (10) and under eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult person eighteen (18) years of age or order and be under that adult’s supervision. • A Small Dog Area is for dogs weighing twenty-five (25) pounds or less; a Large Dog Area is open to dogs of all weights. • All dogs brought by one person must remain in the same area (Small Dog Area or Large Dog Area) with that person. • Gates to the off-leash area must be kept closed and latched at all times, except when entering or exiting. • Each person bringing a dog into the off-leash area should discourage digging and must immediately fill-in any holes. • No dog or person is to climb on or over the off-leash area fences. • The following are NOT PERMITTED within the off-leash area: o Dogs in heat; o Dogs that are ill or injured; o Puppies under six (6) months of age; o Alcoholic beverages; o Smoking; o Food or glass; o Dog treats and rawhide chews; o Pinch, spike, prong, and choke collars; o Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or any other wheeled or motorized devices (except wheelchairs). • There shall be no soliciting. • Nonobservance of these rules and regulations constitutes a violation of the Monroe County Park Law. Under Parks Law, violators are subject to penalties for the offense. Penalties range from civil penalties of $25 to $100, fines from $50 to $750 and/or imprisonment up to 30 days.

ALWAY PROHIBITED • Alcohol, tobacco & glass containers • Littering • Dogs with a history of aggressive behavior • Wheeled devices EXCEPT mobility aids • Dogs under four (4) months of age • Unattended dogs • Food & treats of any kind
