I really appreciated the wash station that is available so I could rinse off my boys before hopping in the car, because they were very happy mudbugs by the end of their visit. 55This very nice spot is exactly as shown and described…a big mowed field with plenty of space for the dogs to really stretch and run. It is well fenced and the parking is right at the gate. 55Seriously beautiful grass. This yard is take your shoes off and run around yourself type of yard. Do cartwheels. Some farm animals nearby that may interest your dogs but it is a good training opportunity if you need it! Ashley C.

55The ground here is EXCELLENT. It’s like sandy dirt so if you have a young dog who likes to run hard this is great ground for their joints. The owner keeps it beautifully maintained and there’s a hose if they get too dirty. Overall great placeAndy H.

55Nice spot! Grass is well mowed and there are a handful of different toys/ball throwers. I love that the lawn chairs aren't Adirondack chairs like at almost every other spot.
There were a few people out for a walk with dogs on the road at one end of the spot - maybe 3 in the 90 min we were there, so not a lot. Simon barely clocked them because we were on the other side of the spot. Just want to give context to the ratings that say other dogs are visible.
We had a beautiful chorus of birds this morning from the meadow nextdoor, so that was a nice bonus. I think there are some swallows that roost in the run in shed, because there were a lot of them. Speaking of the shed, if you have a very little dog that is the one area they could potentially escape as there is a gap, but it's just into another fenced area I think. Heather W.

55Very nice place! My dog was a shy explorer but she loved sniffing around and they have a nice area for the family to lounge. My dog is a little reactive so she started barking when the neighbors over the fence were outside with their dog but we distracted her and she was fine. Would return and recommend. michelle f.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
