55What a beautiful yard! It's on a hill, property is flat. Cool breeze blowing, you can see all the way west, see the marine layer coming back. Olive tees, beautiful roses too! Sun and shade spots to sit. Well thought out signs, doggie poop pail, water station. Grass is beautiful!!! Thick and my dog loved rolling around in it! Great spot after a long travel day!

The pool is clean and well designed for dogs and the yard (astroturf) immaculate. We had a great day.

On the day I went, there were some barking dogs visible in the house. I was concerned at first about my dog's reaction...kept my dog on leash, but he adjusted to the distraction rather quickly. And when the owners came home, the dogs were removed from the window.
Had a chance to meet and talk with the hosts -- lovely people!
We will be back for more swimming fun!
