I live on about an acre of land. Quiet neighborhood! Fully fenced in yard. There is some grass but then also dirt as well! Plenty, plenty of shade as I have a lot of trees! I also have a screened in porch you and your pup are more than welcome to use which is pretty cool during the hot days with a fan! I will have a water bowl, pooper scooper and trash can available for use! There is a table and chairs in the screen porch as well and I have a pretty big deck for use too!

The property is over 8 acres total. The front of the property is on New Kent Hwy, across from the New Kent Courthouse area. As you drive onto the property, the Vaiden Inn is close to the street with the parking lot to fit 30-35 vehicles. You can walk towards the back of the property and utilize about 3 acres of manicured lawn with some trees and as you continue to walk back (north) there is another 3 acres of woods. Along the north and west perimeter of the property/woods is a small creek.

Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside. We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.

It has everything a pup could ask for: an open clearing for zoomies or game of fetch, shady woods and nooks and crannies to investigate, SO MANY critter sniff trails, and dirt, leaves and grass to dig in! It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Khepri Lee is a secluded property over 1.5 acres and your dog is free to roam half the property (please keep activities to the left of the home). It's partially fenced with plenty of room to park, throw Frisbees or just to let your pup get the zoomies out with out the distraction of other pets. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the city.

Plenty of room to zoom around and play ball. Lots of grass to sniff and sticks to find! Fully fenced in yard with chain link fence that is 4 feet tall. Seating areas on deck lounge on the couch or sit at the table And chairs. Additional seating area around fire pit (but please no fires!). Our resident dog Lola loves to play fetch and find sticks in the yard. Sometimes there’s even a squirrel to chase! Shared fence with Neighbors on the right side (no dog), and behind (small dog that is shy). This yard is not ideal for escape artists

Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. On the property you’ll get to see some farm animals as well. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

We get it (really..we do) and will be sure to give you and your pup the space you need with no added side eye ;) Need help applying training for those "problems"? Ask us about that, too! Working/sport dog that needs somewhere to train where handler doesn't have to be on guard or worry about misinterpretation, bring them here! Our world revolves around working dogs and training... we get it. We respect what you're doing and the space and understanding you need to get it done. We also love to train and meet new dog people and would love to meet and join you if we're home, but only at your request. Just a good ol' pet dog that wants to have some fun? Bring them here!
