Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. *Along the fenceline closest to the driveway, there is a fair amount of sweetgum balls - the sticky/prickly ones. Caution there w/ pups' paws! Rest of the yard is clean. There is a wooden Rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back!
