My dogs absolutely enjoyed themselves. This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. The people that I’ve been on site were absolutely wonderful and I was able to spend the hour with my dogs enjoying the scenery. Highly recommended. I would go back again and I plan to.

Wonderful Sniffspot! Only thing that could make it better would be being all fenced in but it’s a giant area so understandable. I kept my dog on long waterproof leash and we explored all around the pond and little of the trails. He swam almost the entire time, absolutely LOVED it! Even had little beachy area for him hang at and swim off of. He loved watching all ducks and other birds. Area was very clean and felt very safe there with him. The creek is beautiful but close to the road so we stayed mostly on other side of the pond. Will def go back! He got good bath and is passed out, perfect day :)

Incredible place to explore, the pond and creeks were my pup’s favorite. There were some cute ducks and penned up chickens. The trails were awesome and the beach is a great feature.

So far Jessica's place is Buckley favorite Sniffspot. So many things to explore. He really liked the pond. We will be here a lot. We love it.

A wonderful spot to bring any dog, but especially great for dogs in training who need a quiet place that allows them to be alone without other dogs around. There is plenty of space here to wander with your dog, practicing skills necessary for them to be better dogs. Host is especially accommodating and has made good use of their woods, pond, and open area that is very inviting to dogs and better than just a flat plain of grass with nothing interesting to smell or lay a scent on. This seems to be an especially good space for very large dogs. If your dog is stuck in the house quite a bit, open up the world a bit and bring them here. They will very much enjoy themselves and exercise some energy that may be preventing them from being the best dog they can be. Take care and enjoy this beautiful spot.

Absolutely gorgeous private property with pond and hiking trails. Very clean and well maintained. Finding the property was easy. Cute roaming chickens and ducks!

Other prior reviews were helpful, we are newer to sniff spot so a bit confused on what areas were for the dogs like at first unsure how to find the trail. I agree a map or signs would help. Best tip is to go to the other side of the pond in either direction and follow the trail from there. Not sure if we missed any trails but the loop we took was about a 20 min walk. Agree with prior reviews that dogs need good recall to roam free here. The trails are great, wear good hiking shoes. Would definitely recommend!

Our dogs had a blast.They ran with zoomies and loved the pond. We enjoyed the trail and sitting by the pond. Thanks for sharing your lovely property.

We had a great time! Instructions and directions very clear. Good distance from the main road if that is a concern for you.

We had the best time around the pond. The area was beautiful and well maintained. The host was awesome with communicating with us. We will definitely return.

The pond area was wonderful and our dogs loved being able to swim! The dock and beach area were perfect. We also walked the trail which loops you back to the pond. Definitely need tick protection as it is a densely wooded area. We saw the ducks at the other end of the pond but they didn’t pose any problem to us. Recommend bringing some chairs if you plan to hang out for a bit!

Phenomenal place to visit! The dogs loved the pond and running in the very well maintained grassy areas. If your dogs do not have a solid recall, I would be a bit cautious when wandering through certain areas as it can get close to the road. Otherwise, it’s probably the best SniffSpot location we’ve ever visited!

Great, unfenced option for dogs who love water, have excellent recall, and have a low prey drive. The fenced area is small, more for little breeds or puppies. There are cute ducks roaming about and plenty of spaces to explore. Bring bug spray and hiking/ tennis shoes. The pond is huge and great for dock diving. I kept one of my dogs on leash as she follows her nose and would have gone after the ducks. My shepherd did well as he stays close and loves water.

Great place! The dogs had a blast. Feedback to the owners: I wish the trails had markers and there was a map of the area so people could venture more. We’ll be back!

What a hidden gem! Throughly enjoyed our time there & definitely will return! Jessica was great at getting back to us & our Miss Ellie was in doggie Nirvana, lol Well worth the price too.

Cleo was in heaven! The property is fabulous. Cleo especially loved the wooded trails and playing in the creek. The spot is really convenient and easy to find. We are already planning our next trip.

Jessica was very accommodating and made sure we communicated up to and through our trip. Awesome swimming spot for my dog!

Upon arrival we were greeted by two sets of geese. Both groups went their separate ways giving us a clear path to the pond. We have a reactive dog and she didn't respond to either sets of geese, or the chickens. You could hear dogs barking inside the building but no reaction there either. We did make sure to get to the opposite side of the pond before letting the dogs loose since the geese are roaming free and we want everyone to be safe. The trails were a little difficult to point out right away but once we found them it was off to the races. Our dogs ran wild! The beach and dock are perfect for dogs that like to swim or not. We went on a damp and rainy day and the trails were just fine. There is one trashcan at the front, but I didn't see any others. The only thing I was nervous about was the creek is near the road, so if you have dogs that like to chase cars I'd keep them leashed once you get to the creek. Definitely booking again!
