We've also added a shady spot with a bench, perfect for relaxing while your dog enjoys the space. We provide fresh water to keep your pup hydrated during their visit. As a dog mom with a very reactive pup, Sniffspot was always our go to when we needed to burn her energy off safely as hikes, parks, etc were not the best for our dog. Once we moved and now have a yard, I want to give back and share our space with other dogs who have special needs like ours. The yard does have a lot of branches and leaves we are clearing up, I am looking into blocking off under the deck but I haven’t had any issues with our dog who leaves it alone. Please keep off the deck as it is very slippery. Our cats may spy on you, I cannot control them. Our neighbours have dogs but they cannot access our yard. We are very new to this so feedback is always welcome. Your pets safety will always come first! *price subject to change*

The area available is not fenced and is 3.5 acres, situated entirely off the road. The main play space is an heirloom apple orchard with 25+ beautiful old gnarled trees in an unmowed meadow. My own reactive dog loves to spring through the tussocks and uses the trees like an obstacle course. Beyond the meadow is 3.5 acres of hawthorn scrub that’s great for dogs, but not easily human-penetrable. Perfect for letting adventurous dogs have a solo romp if they have good recall. I hope you and your pup(s) enjoy it!!
