Excellent space!! My pups loved it and I was very grateful for the water for them. It was so hot they only lasted for about 30 minutes, but we will definitely be coming back! Plenty of room for my border collie to properly run! A few things to note: 1. The entry is confusing, if you come in and see a pool youre in the right place! Just head past the pool and there's a big open space. 2. Some spots of the fence have dirt missing so if your dog is an escape artist or likes to dig, be careful. 3. There is very little shade and LOTS of mosquitoes so bring bug spray and sunblock.

Another great trip to Kevin’s sniff spot! Honey loves it here SO much! Kevin even had a kiddie pool for us so Honey could cool off in the heat, she was in her glory!

This is a very nice Sniffspot with a lot of amenities and space for our pups to roam. Thanks so much for letting us use your space. I left with very happy dogs.

First time at a sniff spot! Our dog had so much fun! He only lasted about 20 minutes out of the hour before he was exhausted but that’s okay!!! We will be back 100%!

An amazing yard, well kept and groomed, and a very courteous host. I think this will become a regular stop for us to let the dogs run.

Huge property that gave us a chance to really make sure to get all of our pup’s energy out! The grass was well kept, and they had a lot of nice amenities that helped us keep our pup entertained. Highly recommend!

Fully fenced area for the dogs to run at full speed! Kevin also left water and toys for us and the dogs. Clean and easy access!

Spot was very clean, cold water for the dogs, water bottles for humans. Big and open and securely fenced even for my little guy.

We travel between New York and Virginia frequently and we’re always looking for good spots to let the dogs out for a break.  The spot will definitely be added to the list! Beautifully maintained and loads of space. Can’t wait to be back soon 

Kevin’s spot was great. Spacious and well maintained. Large enough to tire out my very active dog within 20 minutes.

Excellent sniff spot! Very safe for both humans and dogs! Parking is easy. Access to the backyard is simple. They had water for everyone. Trash can for waste. Toys. Highly recommend. My 4 month old pups had a blast. Ran and chased and played fetch. They loved sniffing the large yard! Couldn’t be happier with our experience! We will definitely return soon!

Fantastic as always. Perfect yard, perfect weather. Even a new cooler filled with water for the pups. Chairs for my very tired bones to take a rest while the dogs ran around. Toys for the dogs to play with! Massive yard that is always kept well!

The pups had such a good time at Kevin’s place. Weather was great. Nice cold water for dogs and humans. Chairs and shade under the tree were perfect for cooling off. SO MUCH space for the dogs to run. They slept for 4 hours once we got home!! Thanks again, Kevin.

Yard was perfectly mowed, free of debris or anything the dogs could get into that they shouldn’t lol - Fresh cold water for the dogs and myself in the cooler! Always a major plus on hot days. The dogs now know the area when we turn in and start their husky howling and talking! They know Kevin’s place and are so excited every time we come. Even my old 11 year old dog was JUMPING when we got out of the car and he saw where we were. Fully fenced, private and quiet. Seating for myself and my husband. Just the perfect yard and super close to our house. Thank you again, Kevin!

We had a great time at Kevin's spot. We went for the first time yesterday. The whole family went.. My wife, daughter, our pup, and myself. We never experienced anything like this before but knew we needed a place that was close to our home and fully fenced in. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we would be heading to a BEAUTIFUL, welcoming home with a fully fenced-in yard. Sure, there were pictures and a description of the spot, but that didn't do this backyard justice. When we arrived, we made sure there were no other dogs on site and then took our boy out of the car. His energy and excitement were contagious! He was thrilled to be off leash, and we could breathe easy, knowing he was safe. The backyard was in perfect condition. Well maintained and obviously cared for. It was a two acre lot with plenty of open land, shady spots, pee and sniff spots, and even a place for the three of us humans to sit. Kevin was such a kind host. He had a cooler outside at the basketball court with water bottles, dog bowls, balls, and even a basketball for us to play with. (Next time we come, I'm definitely going to bring stuff for a picnic!) It was a picturesque setting and everything Atlas needed. We got to meet Kevin on the way out, and he is such a cool guy. Someone we can see ourselves hanging out with during our next visit! I would highly recommend bringing your pup here for some play time. Our boy was TUCKERED OUT last night and is still recovering today. It's totally worth every penny! Thanks again for having us!

Amazing yard! Endless space. The dogs didn’t even make a dent in exploring some of the yard. Very well maintained and secure. Host was very nice and had enough water for the dogs and humans. Will definitely be back!

Kevin’s yard was perfect! My energetic 1 year old puppy was able to run free and have a huge, clean yard to play, we loved every second! This was my first experience using this app so this set the standard high for me. We will definitely be back
