Various gardens (please try to stay out of the fenced ones). Feel free to move the logs and stumps if you’d like to! Some are usually set for jumps. $10 for 60 minutes; 7.50 for 30 minutes (per dog) Coming soon: herb garden for sniffing, tire pyramid with different textures. Disclaimers: there is a compost pile in the back corner that has food chunks; it is fenced, but please be aware if your dog tries to get anything out, it is not guaranteed to be dog-safe/edible. The neighbors have dogs that will bark occasionally; there is a privacy fence so they are not visible. There are often kids playing across the street who are audible.

Rock Creek Dog Park is a 5 acre park located just outside of Davis Illinois and is a very quiet, tranquil and peaceful place surrounded by corn fields. Sit in the shade and enjoy a good book while your dog gets the exercise she needs, or get a good hike in for yourself as well. If your dog loves water or needs to cool off, a small creek runs through the park. Parking area provided.

The Friends Forever Humane Society Dog Park in Freeport, Illinois, is a fully fenced enclosure where dogs must be licensed and vaccinated. Owners must wear registration and keep their dogs under control at all times. Rules include a maximum of 2 dogs per person, no puppies under 4 months or female dogs in heat, and leashes must not exceed 8 feet. Children under 12 are not allowed in the main park. The park offers amenities such as agility equipment, dog drinking water, a washing area, a field, and a swimming pool. Or you can come and hang out solo, and I'll (chewee) be happy to sniff after you! The back yard has two gates, so if we need to have our own space while we look at one another we can!
