55Very secure, well-maintained and large lot, perfect for my small dogs. They loved exploring and sniffing every inch of it! The deck has about one foot of clearance, but it was plenty high enough for them to get in and out easily on their own and not blocked on either side. Fence is very high and secure. Backs to a large open property, and no other dogs can be seen. Excellent SniffSpot! We will return!Tina J.
