Lots of good sniffing, some nooks and crannies, and plenty space to throw a ball or frisbee. The fencing is sufficient for a dog with good recall, but if you have an escape artist you’ll want to keep a close eye, as there a couple of places they can sneak through if they try hard enough. There was a lawn crew there at the time which was a slight concern as one of my pups is reactive/barks but thankfully my pups were still able to have a good time while trying our best to avoid the crew. What a great place for my boy to stretch his legs ! My dog loves to scent track and had a blast checking out a new area. If your dog has a solid recall then there is not much for you to worry about the property is set back. However it would also be a great place for dogs to remain on a long line if they are not off leash trained. There was lots of free space so not much for a leashed dog to get tangled up on. We will be visiting again !

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks.
