55This was our first Sniffspot visit. Our dogs loved it! They had lots of room for running and roaming and things to check out. We appreciated the fresh water and all the toys available to them. However, they mostly wanted to explore. It was also a safe place to work on recall with dogs off leash. Love that Kimberly does fostering. We were a little surprised to find a kennel area with puppies, but they weren't a problem, and our dogs largely ignored them. It's about a 45-minute drive from our house, but we hope to go back soon. 55This is a really nice spot. It's quite large and there's a variety of types of planting plus some open space. You can tell that gardeners live here. My dog loves to hunt mice and she was able to do that along the fence and where the grass was taller. There are also quite a few nice seating arrangements for the people.Mary K.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
