*** March 2024 Update: Hey Sniff friends! We had to raise the price because pool cleaning time and effort has gone way up this year. It was either that or shut down our spot and we'd hate to make our pupper friends sad if we had to go that route. Thanks so much for your understanding. We LOVE having y'all as guests! *** We have a lovely .25 acre backyard with lots of different areas for your puppers to explore. They can zoom through the grass, dig in the rocks, pee on all the bushes, and (maybe most importantly) play in the pool! * Please note for reactive dogs: There are two neighbor pups to our right who are occasionally in their yard during Sniffspot visits. They tend to bark, so just a heads up if that may be problematic for your pet. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over their schedule or vocal talents. * A mini-fridge filled with cold water bottles for the humans (at no extra charge) and a hose and dog dish for your four-legged babies will be on-site at each booking. You're welcome to use the extra space in the fridge to keep your personal food stuff cool as well. POOL RULES: - No human swimmers. If you don't have four legs, you can't go in the water - no exceptions. - Brush your dogs before letting them in the water. Excess hair wreaks havoc on a pool's filtration system, upping our cleaning costs, which means we have to raise our price. We want to stay as affordable as possible so please do your part: be cool - don't get hair in the pool! - Put used towels in front of the patio door We don't heat the pool, but by late April, it's usually warm enough to swim in. That being said, your doggos are welcome to dive in all throughout the year, and we'll have towels at the ready to dry off their little tootsies and booties. (Again, dogs only in the pool - NO HUMANS ALLOWED). Please put used towels on the ground in front of the patio door. Let me know if you have any questions or needs. Our Sniffspot has lots of places to explore inspired by my favorite childhood book The Secret Garden. Many ongoing projects around the yard so you’ll always enjoy new areas. In season fresh mulberry’s, jam, figs, citrus & fresh eggs available. A Rhode Island Red hen adopted us & lays one- two eggs per day…Hennie we are thrilled you chose to join our family. She is in the patio area which is securely closed during your visit. We aim to make you visit the best experience possible.
