Beautiful Clover Meadows 14 Acre Private Dog Park

This is a beautiful timbered meadow Spot that's just a little ways out in the Iowa countryside but it's worth the drive. It's 13+ acres with easy access for the pet owners to drive into the area or walk along the trails. We have mowed trails throughout the clover meadows so it's easy walking. You'll enjoy the open clover meadows and huge oak trees for shaded areas. There is a secluded spot that's mowed and level with a picnic table,a fire pit and park benches, so you can have a nice private picnic down in the timbered meadow when you can book enough time to really enjoy the experience. There is a nice clean pond for your dogs to wade or swim in. With more shade around the pond. Your dogs will enjoy the dog and hiking trails around the pond and throughout the fenced meadows.

Greenbriar Park

Greenbriar Park in Ames, Iowa is a dog-friendly park located at 1120 S 16th St. It offers agility equipment for dogs to play and train on, as well as separate areas for small dogs. The park includes amenities such as dog drinking water to keep pets hydrated. Greenbriar Park is open from 6 AM to 10:30 PM 7 days per week. Hello and thank you for choosing our Sniffspot!! Please send proof of vaccinations to bobbijohare@yahoo.com before your visit. Just a reminder that no children are allowed on equipment at anytime to include swing-set, trampoline, hot tub, pool, agility items, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard as much as we do!! If there’s anything else we can do to accommodate please don’t hesitate to ask. We do have chickens and ducks. They are located in a closed pen inside the Sniffspot. Your dogs will not be able to physically get to them. We know they may be curious at first which is normal but please do not allow them to torment the flock. Our visitors use this as a great socialization/exposure opportunity with their dogs and we have never had any issues 🖤 Josh and BobbiJo 😎
