Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns before/during/after your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the communication tool in the app. We very much value your visit and feedback! Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood or bailing twine closure. **Foxtails seasonal present in parking area and along fence lines until removal and mulch spreading. Field is clear of most foxtails. The pups (and pup parents) loved this spot! So much space for them to run around and play. They were a little hesitant about the lake at first, but after a little while, they were both in the water swimming around and playing fetch. The area is completely fenced off and private, so it was nice not having to worry about any potential distractions. Will definitely be coming back!

It was my first sniff spot experience & we loved it. My dog Oli is a new pet influencer and so we are collaborating with sniff spot. I choose this spot because of the pics and it did not disappoint. We absolutely sniff spot. This place was amazing. It was truly magical. I would definitely recommend checking them out. We came from Santa Monica but it was so worth the drive and my dog was so happy and loved the water. He usually only jumps in the pool but he had so much fun with the toys. Kyle was so nice and helpful. Him and his friends were so sweet. The farm & his dog & cute little family was goals. We saw them when we pulled up on the way to the lake. There’s even kayaks and a hiking trail and farm animals and fire trucks. I feel like an hour wasn’t long enough. Thank y’all so much! We will 100% be back! Oliver had the best day ever! He is so happy! And now he is pooped after his bath!

This was our first time here and we definitely will be back! Plenty of room, great amenities, clean and well kept. Exceptional view with privacy and fully enclosed. This was so relaxing for us and our dogs absolutely loved it. Our senior dog has not been the same since losing her brother 4 months ago. This was the first time we saw her engage in real play with our new dog and seemed more like herself. We are very pleased with this beautiful gem and we already are planning our next trip. Honestly a great spot for families with dogs! Would definitely come back! I would just say if you have a dog with kinger hair, definitely trim them/ their paws as there are some weeds and prickly plants around the lake that will get stuck and mat their hair. ABSOLUTELY BOOK THIS SPOT👌🏾👏🏾👍🏾

Our pup had a blast here! He loved swimming to cool off after we hiked around the orchard. We also played hide and seek in the orchard (one of us was always with him), which was super fun. I would definitely recommend adding on the orchard hike. Time flew by and we can’t wait to come back. The mandarin oranges are also sweet and juicy! First time here, took my two year old border collie mix and four month cane corso puppy. We had a great time. The dogs were able to enjoy the water and run around. I was not worried about them running off, area completely fenced off. Border collie is reactive so this was perfect. Easy to get there and parking was perfect just needed to walk up the stairs. Plenty of chairs and tables. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Good scenery, our lab had a fun time running around but was a little afraid of the water (and will be giving wet dog angry side eye all night). Paddle boards were a blast and water was clean and fun to swim in. Paddle boat was really dirty but we used the scraper to get the paddles cleaned off, so we were able to use it. Got lots of oranges and had a great time overall.

Always wonderful no matter what. Beautiful views, great host and although we have a lovely pool at home this is always an exciting place for the pups to swim and explore. Such a blessing. Host is amazing and always helpful! My only advice would be to the guests. Please clean up after yourselves. If you have a shedder they have a skimmer you can use to pull some of your pups hair from the water but that’s just proper etiquette. The oranges are amazing so don’t leave without buying some! 😊 Thankyou Kyle for opening up your backyard to us!

You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
